There are three options:          

• Contact us via email at insurance.verification@tn.gov.
• Call our call center at 615-741-3101 option 2.
• Submit a ticket to us through this application.

Please have your VIN, PIN (located at the top of the notice you received in the mail), plate number, and policy information available.
