DIFD-13 - VIN on Insurance Policy Doesn't Match VIN on Vehicle

If the VIN on the insurance policy does not match the VIN on the vehicle, you need to contact your auto insurance company and give them the correct VIN to update their records. The auto insurance company should report the correct policy information electronically to Tennessee’s Electronic Insurance Verification System.
