VTR-52 - Residency Requirement to Title a Vehicle with Multiple Owners

A vehicle with more than one owner can be titled in Tennessee if one of the owners resides in Tennessee.  If one or more owners resides in another state, the car may be titled in Tennessee if one of the registrants can provide proof of Tennessee residency.
