VTR-66 - Power of Attorney Form is not a Substitute for Lessee/Lessor Form

The Power of Attorney form cannot be used in lieu of the Leased Vehicle Owner's Authorization to Lessee form.  Some companies, however, use a power of attorney that has incorporated some of the language from the lessee/lessor form, which is acceptable.
