CS-Payment Plans-8 - Issues with Bank Account Drafts

If you have an active payment plan with the Department but your payments are not properly drafting from your bank account, check the banking information you provided to the Department when setting up the bank draft. If your banking information is correct, please check with your bank to ensure that they are honoring the recurring bank draft to the Department of Revenue.

If your bank account information is incorrect on the payment plan, please contact the IPA Unit directly at 615-741-4200 to update your banking information.
