CS-Payment Plans-10 - How to Cancel a Payment Plan

To cancel your payment plan in TNTAP, follow the instructions below:

  • Log in to your TNTAP
  • Click on "Manage Payments" (under “I Want To” on the right).
  • Click "Cancel Payment Plan."
  • Click "Submit."
  • Click "Print Confirmation" (to save a copy for your records).
  • Click "OK" to close the screen.

Contact the IPA Unit directly at (615) 741-4200 or Payment.Plan@tn.gov to ensure that future scheduled payment drafts are canceled. Once your payment plan ends, please be aware that any remaining outstanding tax liabilities will be due at that time.
