PRR-4 - Individual Tax Information is Confidential

A taxpayer’s own tax returns and tax information are not public records. They are not available to other parties through a public records request unless an exception to the confidentiality laws applies. A taxpayer may request copies of his or her own previously submitted tax returns by submitting a written request to:

A taxpayer may also deliver a request in person at any of our offices. All records requests must be made in writing.
