LBD-11 - How to Report Sales to Tax-Exempt Entities

The LBD return can accommodate LBD sales to sales tax-exempt entities via specific lines for LBD sales to nonprofit and government entities.            

Only sales directly to nonprofit and government entities should be recorded on these lines.
