Everyone licensed to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises must file a liquor-by-the-drink (LBD) price schedule of the alcoholic beverages that they offer for sale. The Department of Revenue worked with industry taxpayers to simplify and modernize the price schedule. Taxpayers must file the price schedule before entering business and at least annually thereafter. Taxpayers may amend the price schedule if they need to report significant changes occurring during the year. The easiest way to submit your price schedule each year is through your TNTAP account. During the month when your price schedule is due, you will see two returns when you log into your TNTAP account, the LBD tax return, and the price schedule.
