IC-11 - Who Will Attend the Informal Conference

The hearing officer will preside over the conference. The taxpayer and/or taxpayer’s representative will participate in the conference. The following Department of Revenue representatives will attend depending on conference issues: Audit Review, Legal, Collection Services, Taxpayer Services, and Special Investigations.
