The “resident percentage” is the percentage, rounded to the nearest tenth of a percent (0.1%) of the total entry fees collected from Tennessee consumers, divided by the total entry fees collected from all players, regardless of the players’ location. The resident percentage is calculated for each fantasy sports contest offered by a fantasy sports operator and used to compute adjusted revenues for the contest.
