MC-UCR-2 - Annual Registration Requirement

The UCR expires on December 31st of each year. You must file an annual application and pay an annual fee. If a fleet size increases or decreases during the registration year, a supplemental application is not required. The change will be reflected at the time of renewal. You may file and pay online at www.ucr.gov. You can make payments online using MasterCard, Visa, or e-Check.
