LIEN-6 - Request to Place Title in Lienholder's Name

A vehicle insurance company may request that a lienholder place a Tennessee title in the lienholder's name for insurance purposes; however, this request will be denied. The vehicle will be titled in the owner's name since the lien instrument was created between the vehicle owner and lienholder.
