GI-8 - Substitutions to the Affidavit of Inheritance Form May Not be Used

Individuals that inherit a vehicle may not handwrite or otherwise create their own affidavit of inheritance to establish rights to a vehicle. The Department of Revenue affidavit of inheritance form must be completed. This form can be accessed here on our Revenue Forms page.
