GI-6 - Who Must Sign the Affidavit of Inheritance

All heirs must sign the affidavit of inheritance to mutually vest interest in the vehicle if the deceased left no will and there is no surviving spouse. For example, if an unmarried man with no children dies without a will and the vehicle is inherited by his parents, both would need to sign the affidavit.
