TNTAP Payments-17 – ACH Debit Payment Rejected by Bank

If you have selected to pay by ACH debit and have an ACH debit block on your bank account, you must inform your financial institution of the Department of Revenue’s Company Identification number or Originator ID to avoid your payment being rejected. The Company Identification Number/Originator ID is a 10-digit number used to identify an originator of the transaction. The Department of Revenue’s number is W626001445.
