TNTAP Payments-3 – Cancelling or Deleting a Payment in TNTAP

Credit Card payments cannot be cancelled or deleted after they have been submitted.

An ACH Debit payment can be cancelled or deleted, until it begins processing.  If it is processing, it cannot be cancelled/deleted in TNTAP.

To cancel an ACH Debit payment:        

  1. Log in to TNTAP.         
  2. If you have access to multiple taxpayers, select the taxpayer.
  3. Select the “More…” tab.
  4. Click the “Search Submissions’ link.
  5. Select the payment submission.
  6. Click the “Cancel” link.
  7. Confirm cancelling the payment.
