FT-12 - Inclusion of Exempt Entities on the Consolidated Net Worth Election Form

The Consolidated Net Worth Election Registration Application should include all affiliated group members, including exempt entities such as insurance companies.  However, because of their exempt status, insurance companies and other exempt entities are not reflected on form FAE170, Schedules F2, 170NC, 170SF, and 170SC.
