Taxpayers may cancel or change a return submission if the return has “submitted” in the status column. If the return request has been processed, the return will need to be amended. To change or delete a return:
- Log in to TNTAP.
- If you have access to multiple taxpayers, select the taxpayer.
- Select the “More…” tab
- Click the “Search Submissions’ link.
- Select the return from the "Pending" tab.
- Click the "Edit" or "Delete" link.
