TNTAP Payments-12 – Removing Saved Bank Account Information

To remove saved bank account information, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to TNTAP.
  2. Go to the Settings Page. To navigate to the Settings page, you may click on the dropdown menu on the left corner next to “TNTAP” title or click on the Settings icon on the right corner.
  3. Click on the “Payment Channels” tab.
  4. Click on the Bank Account hyperlink you would like to delete.
  5. Under the “Payment Channel” section, click on the “Remove this payment channel” hyperlink.
  6. A dialogue box will open and ask you “Are you sure you want to remove this payment channel?” Click “Yes”.
  7. Click “OK.”
  8. Your Bank Account has been removed.
