TNTAP Payments-11 – Saving Bank Account Information in TNTAP

There are multiple ways you can save your banking information on TNTAP. However, credit card numbers cannot be saved.

To save your payment information when making a payment:           

  1. Log in to TNTAP.
  2. Select the Account and Period for this payment.
  3. Click the “Make a Payment” link in the “I Want To” section.
  4. Select ACH Debit.
  5. In the “Payment Channel” section, fill in your banking information then select “Yes” when asked if you’d like to “Save this payment channel for future use.”
  6. You must submit your payment to save the bank account.

To save your payment information through Settings:            

  1. Log in to TNTAP.
  2. To navigate to the Settings page, you can click on the dropdown menu on the left corner next to the “TNTAP” title or select “Settings.”
  3. Select the “Payment Channels” Tab, and then select the “Setup new payment channel” hyperlink.
  4. Enter your bank information, and then select the “Save” button.

You may save as many bank accounts as you would prefer.
