TNTAP Payments-8 – Making an Online Payment in TNTAP

TNTAP allows customers to make online payments to the Department of Revenue, including tax liability and estimated tax payments, for all taxes available in TNTAP including the following taxes:

To make a payment without logging in to a TNTAP account:

  1. Navigate to the TNTAP website.
  2. Click the “Make a Payment” link.
  3. Select the “Pay by ACH Debit” or “Pay by Credit Card” option. When a payment is made by credit card, there will be an additional fee assessed by a third party. This fee is not retained by the Department of Revenue.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the payment request.

To make a payment while logged in to your TNTAP account:

  1. Log in to TNTAP.
  2. Select the account to apply the payment.
  3. Click “Make a Payment” link in the “I Want To” section.
  4. Choose ACH Debit or Credit Card and fill in the information requested. When a payment is made by credit card, there will be an additional fee assessed by a third party. This fee is not retained by the Department of Revenue.
  5. Click “Submit” to complete the payment.

Enter your TNTAP password, which will act as your authorization to make the payment.
