TNTAP Login-3 – Login ID Overview

A login ID is the combination of a username and password that a user enters to log on to TNTAP. A taxpayer may have multiple login IDs to access the same accounts. For example, if several employees or designees need access to a company’s tax accounts through TNTAP, each person will have his or her unique login ID.

When you initially register for TNTAP, your login ID is created. The first user for a company or organization that registers for TNTAP is given the access type of master. Please note that only one login ID for a taxpayer can have the master access type. This logon controls access types for other login IDs created for the taxpayer.
