To better assist you with TNTAP, you can request to receive a Support ID. The Support ID may be given to Help Desk personnel or any support person to allow them to remotely view your TNTAP session. This allows the support person to better assist you as you navigate your way through TNTAP.
To receive a support ID:
- Click the question mark icon at the top right.
- Click “Get Support ID.”
- A window will appear that explains what a support ID is. Click “yes” if you’d like to be given a support ID. A support ID number will be displayed.
- Save this ID number to provide to your support person for additional assistance.
