A taxpayer can access its resale certificate by submitting a request through the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP).  To view the certificate…

1. Log into TNTAP.
2. Click the “More…” tab.
3. Click “Print Certificate.”
4. Select the certificate.
5. Click “Print.”

Taxpayers that experience difficulty accessing their certificates through TNTAP should call the Department's Taxpayer Services Division at (615) 253-0600.
