TOB-11 - Cigarettes Removed from Tennessee Directory May Not be Sold

Cigarettes that are not listed on the Tennessee Directory may not be sold in Tennessee. Businesses should not sell or possess for resale in Tennessee cigarettes of a tobacco product manufacturer or brand family that are not listed in the directory, regardless of whether they were on the directory at the time of purchase. Once removed from the Tennessee directory, retailers have 15 days to remove these items from shelves.
