RAWD-5 - No Tax Due with Report - Late Report Subject to Penalties

No tax is due with the report.  However, there are penalties for not filing by the due date.  There is a $1,000 penalty for every month or partial month past the due date the wholesaler/distributor information report is not provided, up to a maximum of $10,000.  There also is a penalty of up to $1,000 per month for reports that are intentionally incorrect.
