BOND-3 - Printing Surety Bond Rider Form in TNTAP

To print a bond rider form in TNTAP, please follow the instructions below:

1. Log into your TNTAP account here: https://tntap.tn.gov/eservices.
2. Click the “More…” tab
3. Select the “Bond Rider Form” link
4. Print the form.
