ALC-15 - Distilleries - Free Samples Must be Purchased from Wholesaler

Distilleries that sell their own products or provide free samples of their products to customers are required by law to purchase (buy back) from a licensed wholesaler their own product to be offered for sale or to be distributed as free samples by the distillery.
