OTF-15 - Tire Pre-Disposal Fee Imposed on Dealer - Can Pass Fee Along to All Customers Including Government Entities and Non-Profits

The fee is imposed on the tire dealers for the privilege of selling tires in Tennessee. Because the tire pre-disposal fee is levied on the dealer and not the customer, the dealer may pass this fee along to any customer, regardless of whether the customer is a governmental entity or non-profit.
