Business tax is due on the 15th day of the fourth month following the end of a taxpayer's fiscal year. For example, if a taxpayer's fiscal year coincides with the calendar year, then the business tax return will be due on April 15.
If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is extended through the next business day.
