GEN-23 – Lottery Dealer Registration

To qualify as an authorized dealer for purposes of selling Tennessee Lottery tickets, you must be in good standing with the Tennessee Department of Revenue. The Department provides the letter of good standing directly to the Tennessee Education Lottery when they process the retailer application. If you are not in good standing, you may contact the Department for more information about your account at 615-253-0600, or log into your TNTAP account.
