BT-6 - Bottler's Tax - Fruit Juice

Fruit juice that is labeled 100% juice, even with the addition of ingredients such as "preservative" or "sweetener" (e.g., 100% juice with added sweeteners) is not subject to the bottler's tax. Juice labeled less than 100% juice is subject to bottler's tax.
