GEN-1 – Registering A New Business

Online business registration with the Tennessee Department of Revenue is available through the Tennessee Taxpayer Access Point (TNTAP). New taxpayers should click “View Registration Links” on the TNTAP homepage and select the most appropriate registration request.  Complete and submit the request.
