I have a FedEx delivery confirmation that my letter was delivered to Vehicle Services. However, you do not have any records of receiving it. How do we proceed?

Please contact the Vehicle Services Call Center at (888) 871-3171, or if in the Nashville area at (615) 741-3101,  with the tracking number and delivery date.  We will have to do some research with our Processing Department.  Situations such as this are taken on a case-by-case basis to provide the next steps.
