ALC-8 - Alcohol Beverage Wholesaler Can Distribute Beer in Partial County Territory

The Department will accept contracts for alcoholic beverage wholesalers that distribute to either full counties or partial counties for beers containing more than 5% and up to 8% alcohol by weight (ABW). When registering these products with partial county territories, the wholesaler must define the territory with specificity. The wholesaler may use GPS coordinates, streets names, or an alternative method that illustrates the wholesaler's exact territory.
