I ordered products from an out-of-state seller to be delivered to my business in Tennessee. I will then ship the products to business locations inside and outside the state. Is there an exemption for the products I will ship to my out-of-state locations?

No. As the user of the product, when the product is shipped to you in Tennessee and you take possession in this state, the transaction is subject to Tennessee tax even if you will later remove part of the product to another state for use.
