Can I cancel or delete a payment in TNTAP?

A payment can be cancelled or deleted, until it begins processing.  If it is processing, it cannot be cancelled/deleted in TNTAP.

  1. Log into TNTAP.
  2. Select the “Submissions” Tab
  3. In the “Submitted” section, select the payment hyperlink
  4. In the “I Want To” section, select the “Cancel Payment” hyperlink.
  5. Select the “Yes” button and then select the “OK” button.
  6. You have now cancelled and deleted the payment in TNTAP.
