In TNTAP, how can I tell that my payment has been received or posted?

Payments can be viewed in TNTAP by following these steps:

  1. From the home screen, select the appropriate account.
  2. Within the account, select the period for which the payment was made.
  3. In the period detail section, select the hyperlink for the payment in question.
  4. On the next screen, in the history section, the received date and posted date are available.  The received date is the date the taxpayer made the payment; the taxpayer gets credit for making the payment on this date.  The posted date is the date that the payment processed and posted to the taxpayer’s account.
