Payments can be viewed in TNTAP by following these steps:
- From the home screen, select the appropriate account.
- Within the account, select the period for which the payment was made.
- In the period detail section, select the hyperlink for the payment in question.
- On the next screen, in the history section, the received date and posted date are available. The received date is the date the taxpayer made the payment; the taxpayer gets credit for making the payment on this date. The posted date is the date that the payment processed and posted to the taxpayer’s account.
