Will I be able to make a change to my payment even after I have submitted it to the Department of Revenue?

An ACH Debit payment can be cancelled or deleted, until it begins processing.  If it is processing, it cannot be cancelled/deleted in TNTAP.

Credit Card payments cannot be cancelled or deleted after it has been submitted.

To cancel an ACH Debit payment:

  1. Log into TNTAP.
  2. Select the “Submissions” Tab
  3. In the “Submitted” section, select the payment hyperlink
  4. In the “I Want To” section, select the “Cancel Payment” hyperlink.
  5. Select the “Yes” button and then select the “OK” button.
  6. You have now cancelled and deleted the payment in TNTAP.
