How do I set up additional logons for individuals I want to have access to view or manage my tax accounts?

You should have already set up a username and password for your TNTAP account. Login to your account in TNTAP. From the home screen select “My Profile” button. In the “I Want To” section, click “Manage Additional Logons.” Select the “Create New Logon” hyperlink and follow the directions to create a logon for someone else.

To manage the tax accounts and the type of access for each additional logon, go to the same area you add new access from. To change account access details select the logon hyperlink under the “Who Can Currently Logon” to “Your Accounts” section. You can disable access, change the access type, or manage what the user can do with specific tax accounts.
