To better assist you with TNTAP, you can request to receive a Support ID. The Support ID can be given to Help Desk personnel or any support person to allow them to remotely view your TNTAP session. This will allow the support person to better assist you as you navigate your way through TNTAP.
To receive a support ID, click the menu on the left side of your screen. Within the menu select “Get Support ID.” A window will appear that explains what a support ID is. Click “yes” if you’d like to be given a support ID. A support ID number will be displayed. Save this ID number to provide to your support person for additional assistance.
