I have auto insurance but I received a letter stating insurance for my VIN could not be confirmed. What do I do?

  • You should verify your current auto liability insurance coverage within 30 days of the date shown on your letter. To do this, please go to driveinsuredtn.com, and click “respond to your notice.” You will be directed to complete an online questionnaire. You will need your VIN and PIN (listed on the letter you received) to complete the questionnaire.
  • Before entering data into the online questionnaire, please ensure that the VIN on your policy is correct.  Contact your insurance provider if an error is found.
